Thank you for the excellant impression your company has made on my introduction to you. When I rang an assistant answered without any waste of my time and money with the rigmarole so often associated with call centres! he was courteous and efficient and information arrived the next day. The application leaflet is neat, with clear, succinct information and a simple application form. And the cost is very reasonable.

These days when you hear nothing but complaints about the service that people receive, it is refeshing to find a company where an application is sent one day and two days later a policy arrives on the doorstep. Thank you and give the person who issued it a pat on the back.
